Georgian-Chinese Tea Center was created by the “Association Georgia Society in June of 2015. The goals of the center are: to promote tea culture and traditions in Georgia, to organize educational programs, to hold conferences, discussions, to connect Georgian and Chinese Tea Growers closer, to organize festivals, joint exchange programs, to promote Chinese Tea Culture and Tea Making ceremony in Georgia, to connect Georgian and Chinese Peoples and Cultures much closer, to promote healthy lifestyles, to assist and support entrepreneurs in opening tea houses, salons, shops and support in conducting scientific researches.
It has been several months since the Center is actively cooperating with China’s educational centers, where Georgian Tea growers and young professionals are studying about the Chinese Tea Culture, tea brewing methods, procedures and marketing.
It is necessary that Georgian people understand much more about the tea culture, useful features of different varieties of tea and live a healthy lifestyle.
